My parents need more help in their daily lives, who should I talk to?

I think I need income support. How do I find out if I’m eligible?
If you live in our municipality and you do not have sufficient financial resources to provide for you and your family, you are entitled to apply for financial assistance. According to the Social Services Act, only those who themselves cannot meet their needs or have their needs met in any other way are entitled to assistance under Chapter 4, Section 1 of the Social Services Act.

Övertorneå municipality Support and Care offers a wide range of social actions to ensure that children and young people are growing up in a safe and secure environment.
